Martial Arts Improves Posture
Martial arts improves posture through flexibility, body conditioning, and meditation. In the daily routine of training in martial art class and practicing and perfecting forms and techniques outside of martial art class, you improve your posture. With warming up, stretching, and cooling down after each and every training inside and outside of class, your body becomes conditioned and flexible in addition to becoming lean and a fighting machine, which in turn improves posture.
Meditation, which is part of martial arts, will also help improve your posture with each breath you take and the way you meditate, whether it be sitting up or laying down.
