Sparring Is Best For You
Sparring is best for you when you ever feel the need to vent.
If you ever feel frustrated, ever feel depressed or anxiety, ever feel you just want to vent, choose a style of martial arts that interests you and start training.
Within your journey of martial art training, you will get excited, you will feel tired, you will get sweaty, you will be building strength, and endurance, and you will be testing your character. But the best thing you will be learning is sparring.
Why Sparring is Best For You:
Sparring teaches you that when you fall, you have to get back up and fight back. You are not fighting with your opponent. Your opponent is your training partner, yes. But you are fighting with yourself. You are training your mind, body, and soul to endure the pain, the excitement, the adrenaline flowing through you to keep going.
You are training yourself to focus and concentrate on improving yourself and what your next move will be. You are training yourself to observe and read other people’s body language. You are training to build yourself up – the more you keep sparring, the better you get at it. And the better you get at sparring, the better your outside life will be away from martial art school. Because in the sparring essence, you are training to live in the outside world and how you will react to it when you experience life’s ups and downs.
So, roll with the punches. Feel the adrenaline pumping in your mind, body, and soul. Kick with all your might. Train your body hard. Sweat like a pig. And punch back at life.
And keep sparring. Sparring is the best medicine for you.
