Daily Nutritional Requirements for a Healthy Body
There are several daily nutritional requirements for a healthy body in which you must attain to be considered “healthy and fit.”
The guidelines I mention in the video below I learned in my continuous journey of 8 1/2 years in Weight Watchers, martial arts, and a MLM in which I joined in January of 2015. I also combined the research I did online and used the World Health Organization as a resource. I have lost close to 100 pounds combining Weight Watchers, martial arts, and my MLM, which is in the health, wellness, and fitness industry.
I believe that every person must have a healthy and nutritious diet to maintain a happy and healthy life. Who do you know who eats unhealthy, junk food all the time and is happy about it? Somewhere deep within themselves they choose unhealthy junk food because it is their comfort food. But I bet eating that unhealthy junk food on a daily basis is not making them feel very comfortable, now is it?
I know that feeling, because I used to be and feel the exact same way. Sluggish, tired all the time, not enough energy, more depressed than usual, lack of self-esteem and self-worth. It’s not a very good feeling to have. I didn’t like feeling that way anymore, so I decided to do something about it. Only when you are at your deepest emotional tolls do you feel the need to want to change. And I was at one of those breaking points where I felt I needed to change, so I did.
In the video below I discuss the daily nutritional requirements for a healthy body. May what I share with you today will help you become healthy and guide you to eat a more nutritiuos meal plan and you become more aware of what you eat.
