Take A Leap of Faith, Believe In Yourself
This Facebook Live was inspired by a conversation I was having with someone earlier, and I decided to share my tips to you all tonight with what I told my friend earlier today.
Believe in yourself, take a leap of faith.
If you feel like nothing seems to be going right, and you don’t know how to get over that stump you are feeling and trying to get over that awkward feeling of not being able to get through a tough day,… I told this to my friend earlier today about having a leap of faith, believing in yourself in everything that you say and that you do. That way you are able to get through your days in which are pretty tough.
She is a single mother, and she was having a really rough day. I told her that when you are having a tough day, lock yourself in your room, even though you are a single mother and have a kid in the next room who probably needs you. You just need to take a breath, you need to stop, take a fresh breath of air, go outside, or stay in your room for at least a few minutes. That way you will be able to think and breathe and be able to think of the next logical step in which you are able to get through. That way you can manage to get through the rest of your day. Take a leap of faith and believe in yourself. It made her feel better, and I wanted to share that with you all today. This is how I was inspired.
Today I share with you more tips, as well as to anyone else who may be having a really bad day, or who may be able to need just a little bit extra “Oomph!” to get you through any bad day or anything you may be going through, being that it’s the holiday season and things just don’t seem to be going as to how you had planned.
1). Stop what you are doing, take a deep breath of fresh air for at least 5 minutes and be able to ask yourself, “What can I do to make myself feel better? What can I do to make myself to be able get through this tough time that I am going through?” That way you can get through it. Believe in yourself and take that leap of faith.
Faith is something in which is having the belief in yourself to get through. Faith is an adjective. Faith is a noun. To have faith in someone. To give faith to someone. And have faith in yourself. Trust in your gut instinct, to be able to trust in your actions of the day. That way you can get through that tough day.
2). As you continue to have this tough time in which you are going through, be able to believe in yourself. Have faith in yourself and be able to get through that tough time that you are going through. Or, if you are just having a really bad moment, in which you feel you really need to get through. Or, maybe you are having a bad time with those kids of yours if you are a parent (I am not a parent; I don’t have any kids). But, I know it’s kind of a hard situation to do right now, especially with the season that’s coming up and everything.
If you are a parent or a single parent, and you have kids screaming in the next room, and you don’t know what to do, and you feel overwhelmed, and you feel that things are not going the right way, just stop what you are doing, take a huge deep breath, lock yourself in your room for at least 5 minutes if you can, if your kids will let you, and just breathe. Breathe in a breath of fresh air.
If it’s cold outside where you live, open that window, stick your head out, and just feel the cold air. Breathe in that cold air and let that cold air hit your face. That way you will feel a little bit more relieved. You won’t feel so stuffy inside. And you won’t feel so stuck, because that cold air you feel against your face is able to relieve you and wake you up as you breathe in that fresh, cold air. That will help you out.
If you live somewhere near the equator where it’s really warm, stick your face in front of a fan or an air conditioner. That way you will feel the coldness against your skin. The coldness against your skin will make you feel more alive and wake you up, so you can take a deep gulp of fresh air. Breathe it in and relax a little. Be able to get through that tough time you are going through.
I hope that helps you out, and you are able to get through that tough time in which you are going through. Don’t forget to lock yourself in a room if you can. Just be able to breathe in for a few minutes to get through. Then ask yourself, “What can I make myself do to be able to make myself feel better?” That way you will be able to go back out to your kids or whomever it was that made you feel as bad as you did. Believe that you can get through it. Know you can get through it. Believe that you can do anything you set your mind to. Just remember that in order to get through that tough time, you just have to believe in yourself and take that leap of faith.
