The Power and Benefits of Chi Kung

The power and benefits of chi kung (quee gong) is an eastern concept in which is a biophysical energy, a life force, an internal power that a person possesses. It is generated through sustained concentration and abdominal breathing techniques in martial arts.

There are many benefits of chi kung in which a person can experience while practicing this breathing exercise. Chi kung can make a person extremely powerful. It stimulates vital energy throughout the body, strengthens immunity, strengthens and improves adaptability, repairs and improves internal bodily damage, and attains mental and physical harmony throughout the body.
