FOCUS on Your Martial Art Discipline

FOCUS on Your Martial Art Discipline

When you hear the word “Focus,” what is the first thing that immediately comes to mind? When you hear the word “Focus,” what is the one thing that would drive you to be able to get your focus back when you have lost it?

Focus can mean different things to different people, depending on the stages that you are in and training in your style of martial arts. Focus can mean an intense training of discipline, in which takes a lot of time, commitment, and dedication to be able to master, from white belt all the way to black belt.

To be able to attain that black belt, you must be able to have focus to be able to achieve it. Most people don’t get to that black belt when they start martial arts. They don’t have the focus. They don’t have the drive. They don’t have the motivation.

A tip I have for you today about focus…

1). Feel, Felt, Found,

2). Obstacles

3). Caring, Courageous,

4). Unfound Knowledge

5). Starts With You

FOCUS.
