Importance and Benefits of Stretching
Stretching is very important to a martial artist, likewise for any athlete in any sport. Do not overlook the concept of stretching, but at the same time you should not overdo it, either. Overdoing it can actually do more harm to you and your body. It’s important to hold stretches for no more than twenty seconds.
