Strengths and Weaknesses

Strength Defined: defines “strength” as the quality or state of being physically strong; the ability to resist being moved or broken by a force; the quality that allows someone to deal with problems in a determined and effective way.

Weakness Defined: defines “weakness” as the quality or state of being weak; a quality or feature that prevents someone or something from being effective or useful; something that you like so much that you are often unable to resist it.



Strength is not just physical; strength is a mentality, a mentality that has no boundaries, because how you perceive and believe about yourself depends on the inner strength you believe you have. Strength is a great quality to have, because when all the chips are down, your world is turned upside down, and it seems life has turned against you, you have to somehow keep moving forward, or you will dig yourself further into your rut  you dug and remain there.

Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Strength overcomes weaknesses. When you feel you are at your weakest and can’t seem to push yourself forward, you have to think of and envision an end goal you want, you so desire. It motivates you to push forward no matter what, to keep going. If you stay in that hole you dug, you will keep falling backwards, and you don’t want that, do you?

Make your weaknesses disappear after you envision your strength. Make your strengths your vision, and make your vision your end goal. It will push you forward out of that hole you dug. Learn from it, make sure it never happens again. You know you never want to feel like that ever again. You so hate, even despise, that feeling that you never want it to come back.

In Conclusion:

Be the best person you know you already are. Get better at being the best. It will empower yourself and you will get the feeling that you are invincible with your strengths and weaknesses. Because you are.
