Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life
How can you change your life if you don’t know where to start? You want to start with changing your mindset.
Changing your mindset can drastically change your life around. It can change your optimism, it can change your negativity, it can change everything you can possibly think of in which can be pulling you down in that moment of time where you are stuck in a rut, and you just can’t get out of it. Changing your mindset is definitely the type of thing to do, so you can pursue anything you want to get out of those obstacles you are currently in. So, how do you go about changing your mindset?
Changing your mindset includes listening to audio personal development and reading books in personal development. There is also online personal development in which you can find in mindset. The two biggest ones I listen to is Tony Robbins and Ray Higdon. I also listen to Darren Hardy, which is called Darren Daily, in the morning with his 4:00 a.m. emails. I got that from one of my uplines who told me about that months ago when I had to interview him for one of my assignments in the coaching program I am in of Ray Higdon’s. It got me hooked onto Darren Daily.
Darren Hardy’s Darren Daily’s are hysterical. Darren Daily is very good. It’s also very awesome. He has some amazing stories to share with you. His personality is awesome, and he is just a very funny guy to listen to with some of the things he tells you in his daily 4:00 a.m. emails. You can always be able to listen to him throughout the day and be able to share them throughout Facebook as well. It’s called Darren Daily, but his real name is Darren Hardy, and he has been around for a very long time.
Now, who hasn’t heard of Tony Robbins? Tony Robbins is just Tony Robbins. He is an amazing person to listen to with his mindset and personal development and also emotional stories that you can listen to over on YouTube if you are into that sort of thing. I am currently into the YouTube thing and listening to Tony Robbins. I am also listening to Ray Higdon as well now that I am in his coaching program. But there are other online personalities that you can also listen to who have mindset and personal development as well. The best thing that you can do to change your life is to find someone who you like, follow, and listen to, so that way it will change your life, and it will change your mindset.
Another step to change your mindset as well is going through a gratitude exercise in which you can do throughout the day or early in the morning, whenever you feel you have the time to do it. The gratitude exercise, if you are wondering what that is, is something in which you want to list down on a piece of paper, label it 1 through 5 or 1 through 10, however many items you want to say you are grateful and thankful for, and you want to say, “I am so happy and grateful that I have,…” and then say what you have. Or you can write down what you want to say, as in saying, “I am so happy and grateful that I am wealthy,” even though you are not wealthy, but you can say that you are happy and grateful that you are wealthy so that way you can peak into the future onto of what it would be like to be wealthy. So, you would be saying, “I am so happy and grateful that I am wealthy.” This is something I learned in Ray Higdon’s coaching program. It’s very helpful and it helps a lot. It’s called the “gratitude exercise.”
To be able to change your optimism, listen to positive music, as in instrumental music that is uplifting and soaring and not like the grunge sort of thing. Even though I like rock ‘n’ roll, some uplifting music as in instrumental music like Yanni, or any other type of instrumental music, will be able to help uplift your spirits. That way you will be more positive throughout the day into the afternoon and at night.
Change your mindset, change your life.
The best thing that you can do for yourself is to keep going with that mindset. There are other steps in which you can do to change your mindset. Write down baby steps, write down your goals and see them through. You want to take a piece of paper and jot down what you want for your goals to get through the day. You can get through those goals by putting down in one column how you are at your current status and then the outcome of how you feel on the other column onto of how you want to approach it to get that end result. The end result is how you want it to turn out. The left-hand column is how you currently feel. Write down baby steps to be able to get to that end result for the outcome of the day or the week or the month and how many days it will take to finish the two column exercise. I call it, “The Current Result vs. The Final Outcome Result.” This is something I learned in my MLM.
Another thing you can do to change your mindset and change your life is to be able to concentrate and focus. The best thing that you can do for yourself is to envision your vision to be able to get through bad times. That way you will be able to get to that end result. The best thing that you can do to get through that obstacle you are currently facing is by being able to envision your vision. That way you can get to that final result and outcome. This is not a why; this is a vision. There is a difference between the two of them. Your why is external, and your vision is internal. The reason why the vision is internal is because it’s inside of you. The more internal that you can get inside to be able to build up your vision, the more you will be able to change your mindset even more and be able to push yourself forward. This will make you more consistent and persistent to get to that final outcome and goals.
