Spiritual Practices of Martial Arts

There are two dimensions of martial arts in which a martial artist can train in. These two dimensions are based on the spiritual practices of martial arts style. The two dimensions originated from two Japanese terms, “do” and “jutsu,” which is part of the martial art styles karatedo, kendo, budo, judo, bujutsu, and yari-jutsu. There are now many other styles of martial arts in which you can train in that come from the originated Japanese terms.
