Have Faith In Yourself

Have Faith in Yourself

How can you keep your motivation running and determination going?

The answer is to have faith in yourself. Have faith in yourself today.

To be able to have faith in yourself when things just aren’t going right, you just always have to believe that there is something better for you around the next corner, around the next bend. Have faith in yourself always and believe in everything that you say and do and think. Your mind is your greatest weapon. You must be able to learn how to get through some tough times when you know that there is a good thing coming for you around in the future.

The best motivation and the best dedication that you can have within yourself is to instill the belief that you have the positivity to believe that you have the determination to keep on going when things aren’t going right. Now I can tell you from first hand, I have been there. Who hasn’t been there? Everyone’s been there. So, what do you do to be able to get through your tough times. Below I have some following steps for you to be able to help you get through your tough times, to be able to believe in yourself.

1). Meditate. Meditation is a good way to instill positivity in yourself, to be able to instill faith in yourself. Now the best way to be able to instill the positivity and faith in yourself is to meditate. Meditation is a key thing I tend to want to do every day for about 15 – 30 minutes.

I start out listening to audio and then I just sit quietly afterwards for about 15 extra minutes and just sit there and relax and to know that my day is going to start and it’s going to be positive. Sometimes it’s better to do this in a very quiet room where there is no one else around and be able to listen to yourself and your heart beat. I like to take my hand and place it over my heart to hear my heart beating to know that I am alive and grateful to be alive and I thank myself I am alive today.

So, the next time you feel that you are going to be having a bad day, or you just know you need to instill some positivity in yourself, start meditating. tell yourself that you are happy and you’re grateful you are alive, put your hand against your heart, and know you have purpose and feel it as your heart is beating up against your hand.

2). To be able to instill positivity and have a good day and have faith in yourself as well, the next best thing for you to do is personal development. I am heavy into personal development. I have said this plenty of times. The book I am reading right now is about the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. It is one of the very good books I have read in a very long time. Personal development is a very strong indicator to know onto of how well you will be able to handle your day.

I do personal development in the morning, and I also do personal development at night before I go to bed. That way I know I have a positive sleep, a relaxed sleep, and nothing can be able to get me down as I wake up in the morning because I had personal development the night before.

3). Other steps to instill faith in yourself is belief. Have a positive belief system within yourself. Know, believe, trust within yourself. Know that you can get through a bad day, even if you feel that you can’t seem to be able to get through whatever you are going through within that moment of time. There is always light at the end of the tunnel and positive things will be coming your way. Have faith in yourself and have honor within yourself. Trust within yourself and know that you will be able to get through that tough time.

To be able to instill faith in yourself, always believe there is better and positive things coming for you, and you will be able to get through that bad time in which you are going through. Everybody has bad times, I’m sure. There is no such thing as a perfect life. If there was such a thing as a perfect life, you will not be able to learn. You will not be able to learn from others. You will not be able to learn from your past mistakes. You will not be able to learn from within yourself. Accept those flaws that you have within yourself. Accept those problems that you know that you are going to have in life. And know that life is not going to be perfect. Know that you will be able to get through those problems that you are going to experience in life.

4). To be able to get through those negative outcomes or flaws that you are experiencing is what I call journaling. Journaling is another best thing to instill faith in yourself. When you write down what you are feeling at that moment in time, you can always look back on a day when you are feeling down and read what you wrote and be like, “I felt that way.” And then be like, “Well, what can I do to make it better, or what can I do to improve on it?” Or you can always look at it and say. “I felt that way. Well, I feel worse now. So how can I be able to get out of this worse predicament than what it was when I was feeling that previous day when I was feeling bad? And I’m feeling worse now?”

What you want to do is when you are journaling your thoughts, feelings, and your emotions, is to write down how you would be feeling if you had a better day. So, that way when you have a bad day or a worse day than you are right now, is to be able to look down at what you wrote and learn from that and be able to improve that worse day into a better day as you progress and your life progresses in the future.

I do this plenty of times. I love to write down my emotions and feelings. I also like to write down and just journal every single day because I just like to write. If you like to write, you should try that, because it will help you get through your bad day and to be able to instill faith in yourself.

I believe in the power of positivity. I believe in the power of having honor within yourself, have integrity within yourself, and be able to believe in yourself. I have been through so much that I am still alive to this day to be able to talk about it. I just want to inspire those who have been through who have had some bad days to let you know that there is a positive, more better life for you out there.

You may not be able to know it yet or find it yet. You just have to be able to keep going and have faith in yourself to know that someday soon it will be better for you. You just have to be able to keep consistent, keep persisting, and keep going. You have to have vision, as so I have learned in Ray Higdon’s coaching program. Because without that vision, you won’t get anywhere in life. Without that vision, you won’t have that dream coming true. And without that vision, there is just… you got to have vision, you got to have a dream. “I have a dream.” And dreams are also a good way to have faith in yourself and instill positivity within yourself as well.

5). To be able to instill faith in yourself, you want to have a positive outlook and be optimistic about your life. You want to be able to get through those tough times, and to get through those tough times, be optimistic about yourself. Know that you are you for who you are and that you will always be you. There can only be one you. Be You. Be original. Be who you are. Be what you are. And you will have one of the best lives that you can possibly be. Or have.

6). The power of positivity. The Power of your honor. The power of integrity. Another way to have faith in yourself is just have integrity. Be honest with yourself. Be honest with others. Know that you are going to be only you. There is one you. And love yourself for who you are and for what you are. You have to be able to love yourself before you can love others. You have to be able to have faith in yourself and be able to accept yourself before you can accept others and be able to love those around you.

The power of positivity is one of the best traits you can have within yourself. The power of self-confidence goes along with it. Positivity and self-confidence is basically almost the same thing. Only self-confidence is kind of like a characteristic, and the power of positivity is like an emotional feeling, a state. So, it kind of goes hand in hand of being self-confident and having the power of positivity within yourself to be able to get through those tough times, to be able to be persistent, to be able be determined, and to keep going and keep going until you’re able to have a very good day and be able to learn to get through those tough times and have a more positive outcome in your life.

7). Have faith in everything that you do. Have faith with your vision. Have faith with your dreams. Have faith within yourself. Have faith with everything that you can possibly strive for in your life to be able to get through your tough times, to be able to get through some tough relationships. Just think there is something more positive around the corner for you. Know that you will be able to get through that tough time. Nothing can be worse than what you are in right now. Be able to envision what you can possibly think of or create or become, because who you think you will be, you will become.

I could be wrong, but there is a quote out there that says,”What you think, you become.” I think it’s by Sun Tzu; I could be wrong. But I like that quote because basically what you do think and what you think you can become, you will become. Be positive about who you want to be, and you will become that person. It is kind of like saying, “Who do you want to become?” which is ingrained into my mind from Ray Higdon’s coaching program. “Who do you want to become?”

Have faith in yourself today. Dream good dreams. Have good thoughts. Envision good visions. In order to have a positive attitude and have a positive outlook in life, you have to be able to get through the tough times. In order to do that, write down your emotions, journal your thoughts, and don’t forget to smile. When you smile, a smile across your face means that even though you’re having a bad day and you’re smiling, there is something positive about it. Or you know something positive about it is coming around the corner for you. So, smile.
