Your Toughest Opponent
Your toughest opponent. Who is that? Do you know who it is? It is not the people who are within your circle of friends. It is not your family members. It is you. You and only you.
Are you the type of person who is hard on yourself? Are you the type of person who blames other people for things when something goes wrong in your life? Blaming others for your actions in your life is a sign of lack of self-respect for yourself and others around you. It is a sign in which you cannot admit to yourself that your ego is in the way and that your toughest opponent is not those around you, but you.
In the video below I discuss self-improvement skills to help you improve yourself so you won’t be so hard on yourself or blame others instead of you. To learn more about these skills, watch the video below.
