Use Salt Sparingly
Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines salt as “a white crystalline substance that gives seawater its characteristic taste and is used for seasoning or preserving food.”
Too much salt is not good for you, which is why you should use it sparingly. In the video below I discuss why you should not use too much salt and when you should actually use it.
If you feel the need to have to use salt, use sea salt or Himalayan salt instead, as it is a mineralized salt, which “contains magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, zinc and iodine. Each of these elements is essential for good human health.” (Mortonsalt.com/seasalt).
