How To Get A Good Night’s Sleep
Did you know on average a person gets 5 – 6 hours of sleep a night? Did you know on average the required amount of sleep in order to have a good night’s sleep is 6 – 8 hours a night?
I would like to share with you some tips in which you will be able to get a good night’s rest, so then that way you will be feeling restful and relaxful when you wake up in the morning.
1). A good tip to start out before you go to bed at night is to NOT watch the news. If you watch the news, and then you go to bed, you will be having nightmares because you will be thinking of the bad stories that you just watched on the news that are meandering through your mind as you are trying to sleep. And that’s not a good thing. You want to make sure you get a good night’s sleep. So, watching the news is not a good idea to do.
2). A half hour before going to bed, you want to drink some hot lemon water or some hot green tea which will relax you and put you into a state of being able to get a good night’s sleep.
3). Also, to get a good night’s sleep, you can do some meditation and hour to an hour and half before falling asleep. Meditation will relax you, it will give you an inner relaxing state, and it will also calm you down. Then that way you are already calm before laying your head down to get a good night’s sleep.
4). When you go to sleep, you can listen to some music in the background. Some light music and chakra music is best. As you sleep when you listen to chakra music, it will put you into a meditative state, in a calming state, and in a relaxing state. Chakra music is intended to stimulate the brain and to stimulate the senses in your body. As you lay there in your subconscious, as you dream good thoughts, and as you sleep, chakra music will give you a good night’s rest. That way when you wake up in the morning, and it’s still playing, it will stimulate your brain as you are waking up, and it will give you a good sense of feeling alive again when you wake up in the morning.
If you have never tried listening to Chakra music, you should. I have done this, and it does work. When you wake up in the morning, it feels awesome!
