Martial Art Facts and Trivia

Emperor’s Long Fist, A Rare Tai Chi Form

Emperor’s Long Fist, A Rare Tai Chi Form

Emperor’s Long Fist is comprised of the three Tai Chi styles: Tai Chi Chuan, Hsing Yi Chuan, and Ba Gua Chang. Not only is it an open hand martial art style, there are also weapons used – swords and sticks.

Before I had moved from Boone, NC, I was learning the 5 Elements with a sword, which was for my next rank up (a Purple stripe).
